The mission of the EEOICP program is to provide lump-sum compensation and health benefits to eligible Department of Energy nuclear weapons workers (including employees, former employees, contractors and subcontractors) and lump-sum compensation to certain survivors if the worker is deceased.
All services are provided in your home and at no cost to you as a benefit of the federal compensation program settlements. We directly bill the State so you are not troubled with any out-of-pocket expenses.

- Physician lead plan of care
- ADL (Activities of Daily Living) assistance- includes assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, light housekeeping, etc.
- Physical assessments
- Medication administration
- Management and teaching
- IV care and maintenance
- Respiratory care- including oxygen & treatment administration and support
- Liaison for medical care and equipment needs
- Many other services and support to help you maintain an optimum level of independence in your own home
